Eloqua, now a division of Oracle Corporation, is a provider of on-demand revenue performance management and marketing automation software solutions targeted at mid- to Enterprise-level clients. Its goals are to accelerate revenue growth and improve revenue predictability by automating, monitoring and measuring complex marketing and sales initiatives.
On December 20, 2012, Oracle announced that it has agreed to acquire Eloqua.
